Deliveries and returns

DELIVERY DELAY

Packages are shipped between 24 and 72 hours after ordering. 

Deliveries are made by the Post Colissimo. 

Once shipped, the delivery time is estimated between 2 and 4 working days in mainland France, and 3 to 7 working days in Europe.
For logistical reasons, we cannot ensure delivery in the French overseas departments and territories and countries outside Europe.

- 0.9kg: 5.5 euros

Free delivery for orders over 150 euros. 

Europe zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands

-1 kg: 10 euros

+ 1kg: 13 euros

Europe zone 2: Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy 

- 1 kg: 11 euros

+ 1kg: 16 euros

Europe zone 3: Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland 

- 1 kg: 13 euros

+ 1kg: 19 euros

Europe zone 4: Specific territories of Spain (Balearic Islands, Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla), Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Romania

- 1kg: 15 euros 

+ 1kg: 20 euros 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Exchange or refund of ordered items is possible within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders are the responsibility of the customer. 

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer must inform Habituari by email at the following address: habituari@gmail.com or by post at the following address: 

HABITUARI, 51 rue des Rosiers, 93400 Saint-Ouen

The content of the withdrawal notice could be as follows: "For the attention of HABITUARI, 51 rue des Rosiers, 93400 Saint-Ouen. I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for the purchase of the Product [to be completed] ordered on [to be completed] on the website received on [to be completed], in the name of [to be completed], at the address [to complete]. Signature and date ”.

If the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal, the products must be returned as a whole, packaging and initial packaging complete and intact, in perfect condition for resale. Any incomplete, damaged or damaged product, the packaging of which has been damaged, will not be taken back, exchanged or reimbursed.

In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the customer for the corresponding amount within a maximum of fourteen working days from receipt of the return. The refund will be made by crediting the amount debited to the account corresponding to the customer's bank card used for payment.
